50% Er:YAG laser rod with high doping concentration of Er3+ ions
With wavelength of 2936nm, the main feature is very high absorption in water and hydroxyapatite. With this in mind it is clear that Er:YAG crystal laser rods are mostly applicable for the manufacturing of laser that serve in dental surgery and aesthetic surgery.
